Manufacturing Engineering – This position supports the Engineering departments by managing the engineering, maintenance, tool room personnel; ensuring OSHA/DNR compliance and leads the plant safety improvement effort; leads plant productivity improvement effort; provides input into long range plans and budgets, develops short range plans and develops cost/benefit analysis on these plans; organizes and controls new job process development and production release; defines design source responsibilities and assures training and compliance to requirements; ensures application of state-of-the-art equipment, processes, controls and monitoring; and manages the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process. Located in Monterrey, Mexico.

Position requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; 5 years of molding process engineering management or related position; 10 years experience in engineering for precision injection molding; Fully bilingual – Spanish/English; knowledge of injection molding tooling design and troubleshooting.

Credit and Collections Clerk – This position supports the Financial Department in account collections, verifying customer credit status, and processing payments.

Position requirements: high school graduate with 2 years post high school education and 3 years of credit collections experience; communication and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy; experience with automated business systems and accounting principles; ability to speak Spanish a plus. Located in Stillwater, Minnesota.
